This Privacy Policy explains how NOVA 21 LLC ("PovPro4k," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit povpro.com (the "Site"), place an order, contact our support team, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

- Payment details (processed directly by Shopify Payments and/or third-party processors — we do not store full card numbers)
- Order history, support tickets, product reviews

- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 6)
- For visitors from the EU/EEA/UK only: marketing analytics are processed only with your consent

- Fraud-prevention signals from Shopify and our payment processor
- Advertising attribution data from Meta, Google, and TikTok

We do NOT sell your personal information for money.
5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in the United States. When personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA/UK or other jurisdictions to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards in our service-provider agreements.

- Support tickets: 3 years
- Marketing-list email: until you unsubscribe
- Site analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
- Fraud-prevention data: up to 5 years

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")

9. CHILDREN
The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, email contact@povpro.com and we will delete it.
10. SECURITY
We use Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, and access controls on customer data. No system is 100% secure; report any suspected incident to contact@povpro.com.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
