Shipping policy

We ship POV Pro worldwide from our Albuquerque, NM warehouse. Here's everything you need to know.

1. PROCESSING TIME

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the SAME business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the NEXT business day
- Weekend and US-holiday orders ship the next business day
- During flash sales or product launches, processing may extend to 2 business days — we'll notify you

2. FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD (or local-currency equivalent) to most destinations.

Rates are estimates — your final shipping cost is shown at checkout based on the live carrier quote for your address and the items in your cart.

4. CARRIERS

We use DHL Express, UPS, USPS, and local last-mile partners. Carrier choice is automatic based on destination, weight, and service level.

5. TRACKING

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships (usually within an hour of dispatch). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

For destinations outside the United States, your order may attract import duties, VAT/GST, or other taxes set by your country's customs authority.

- For UK, EU, and AU orders below the local low-value threshold (£135 / €150 / A$1,000) we collect VAT/GST at checkout where required and your parcel arrives Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). No surprise at delivery.
- For orders above those thresholds, or for other destinations, duties are payable to the carrier upon delivery. The carrier will contact you with the exact amount.
- We do NOT mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values — this constitutes customs fraud.

7. PO BOXES, APO/FPO, REMOTE ADDRESSES

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS in the US. Some carriers (DHL, UPS) cannot deliver to PO Boxes — if you select an incompatible service, we'll contact you. Remote-area surcharges (Hawaii, Alaska, Scottish Highlands, French overseas territories, Tasmania, etc.) may apply and are shown at checkout.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us because:
- The address was incorrect or incomplete
- You were absent and did not collect from the carrier within their hold window
- You refused delivery

…we will refund the product cost minus shipping incurred (both ways) and a small handling fee ($5 USD). To re-ship, place a new order.

If you spot a typo within 15 minutes of placing the order, email contact@povpro.com immediately — we may still be able to fix it before fulfillment.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

- A parcel is considered lost if tracking shows no update for 14 consecutive business days after dispatch (8 days for express). Email contact@povpro.com and we'll launch a carrier investigation and ship a replacement.
- Damaged on arrival: photograph the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery, email contact@povpro.com, and we'll ship a replacement at our cost.

10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Multi-item orders may ship in multiple parcels at our discretion. You'll receive one tracking number per parcel.
