Refund policy

We stand behind every POV Pro. If you're not satisfied, here's how to return your order.

1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You may return any unused or lightly tested POV Pro for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

- The 30-day window starts on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.
- Products bought on promotion are eligible (we do NOT apply "all sales final" to promo purchases).
- Lightly tested means you may have powered the unit on, paired it, and taken a few sample clips — that's expected, we want you to actually try it.

2. WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE

- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items with significant physical damage (cracked lens, dented housing) unless arrived damaged (covered under our 2-year warranty)
- Memory cards that have been removed from packaging (hygiene/electronics handling)
- Free gifts or promotional add-ons (must be returned together with the main item)

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Email contact@povpro.com with:
- Order number (#XXXXX from your confirmation email)
- Reason for return (helps us improve — short answer is fine)
- Photos if the issue is product-related

Within 2 business days we send you:
- A return shipping label OR a return address (depending on origin)
- A unique RMA number (write this on the outside of the parcel)

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- Defective on arrival or wrong item shipped: WE pay return shipping
- Change of mind / didn't fit your use case: BUYER pays return shipping
- We offer a discounted prepaid label option at cost for most countries — typical fee:
  · US: $9
  · UK / EU: $19
  · AU / NZ: $24
  · Rest of world: $29 (a quote will be confirmed with your RMA)

5. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Please return the unit:
- In its original box if possible (a substitute is fine, just pack securely)
- With all included accessories (cable, mount, manual)
- Free of personal data (we recommend wiping the microSD before shipping)

We may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% if accessories are missing or the unit is damaged beyond what's reasonable from "lightly tested" use. We'll always tell you before applying any deduction.

6. PROCESSING TIME

- We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection
- Your bank/card issuer may take 3–10 additional business days to display the refund
- For Klarna / Afterpay / Shop Pay Installments, the credit appears in your account dashboard immediately upon approval

7. EXCHANGES

Want a different model or color? Easier to:
1. Return the original for a full refund
2. Place a new order at the current price
This guarantees the fastest fulfillment and the cleanest accounting.

8. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Manufacturing defects discovered AFTER the 30-day return window are covered under our 2-year Limited Warranty (see Warranty page). Warranty claims do not require a return ship — we ship a replacement first and arrange pickup of the defective unit.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under:
- The Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and CMA guidance
- EU Directive 2011/83/EU (right of withdrawal — 14 days minimum from delivery, which we extend to 30)
- US state laws including the California Civil Code

If a statutory protection in your jurisdiction is more favorable than this policy, that protection applies.
